WHY I CREATED ‘PHIGURE ONE’
I made this course because I know how it feels to step into a gym and feel nervous, out of place, or judged. I used to deal with the same anxiety every time I tried to start. Over time, I learned that confidence doesn’t show up overnight. It grows when you show up, learn, and give yourself patience through the process. This course is here to guide you through that same journey. My goal is to help you move past fear, feel more at home in the gym, and start believing in yourself again.
